What You’ll Do

  • Identify HR, culture, key talent & retention-related risks.

  • Manage relationships with key client stakeholders.

  • Assess soft skills of semi-experienced & executive-level hires.

  • Evaluate actuals vs. projected values / goals and identify reasons for variance.

  • Ensure client's overall Talent / People / HR strategies are aligned with overall corporate strategic objectives.

  • Design organizations that align with the future operating model and prepare to transition the workforce.

  • Build support, understanding, and advocacy for the creation of new teams & departments to executive leaders.

  • Identify areas of improvement within interview processes.

  • Advise due diligence projects to identify and quantify transaction risks & opportunities.

  • Assist in the development of organizational design to enable future-state strategy.

  • Support the design of combined or separated operating models and the accompanying organizational structures.

  • Facilitate workforce transition processes to optimize roles, responsibilities, and performance in the future organization.

  • Cultural Alignment: Understand and assess legacy cultures, define a future-state culture, and develop plans for how to cultivate that culture.

  • HR Functional Integration: Lead the integration of HR Functions including HR Systems, Service Delivery, Total Rewards, Payroll, Leadership Development, and Talent Strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, finance, accounting, marketing, economics or a business-related discipline.

  • Experience working in a client-facing capacity.

  • 3+ years’ experience in a recruiting or HR function.

  • 3+ years’ experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports.

  • 3+ years’ experience leading teams.

  • Experience preparing professional development plans.

  • Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

  • A strong sales acumen.
